If you are placing an order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please email info@lmenger.com. Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status when shipping products. The representative will advise you on how to fax/email your tax exemption certificate to us so we can process your tax refund.
This refund will be credited back to the original payment method used to place the order. The name of the organization or individual on the order must exactly match the state tax exemption certificate. LMENGER does not accept federal tax exemption certificates.
